Psalms 145:18-21 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth. 19 He fulfils the desire of all who fear Him, He also hears their cry, and saves them. 20 The Lord preserves all who love Him; but all the wicked He will destroy. 21 My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and let all flesh bless His holy name for ever and ever.
Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be still.”
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

James 1:5-6 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, Who gives to all men generously and without reproaching, and it will be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
James 1:12-15 “Blessed is the man who endures trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life which God has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted with evil and He Himself tempts no one; 14 but each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. 15 Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin; and sin when it is full-grown brings forth death.”
James 4:6-10 “But He gives more grace; therefore it says, “God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you men of double mind. 9 Be wretched and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord and He will exalt you.”
